That will depend on your situation and tolerance. It will certainly be something that will be discussed beforehand. Traditionally a test gate is placed to make sure there are no negative effects and then in the first ceremony 3 are placed. This can vary however depending on a number of circumstances that we will discuss beforehand during your free consultation.

You do not have to do anything you feel uncomfortable with, but it is recommended to get maximum benefits to do 3 ceremonies in 30 days. Some people do this over the course of 30 days while others do it over the course of a long a weekend. Everyone's tolerance and situation is unique to them.

That is up to the individual and what they are dealing with. A person's ailments and tolerance will have much to do with this. Often times a Vaccine of the Forest is preferred - 3 sessions in 30 days. This helps to front-load your body with the bio-active and neuro-active peptides in Kambo. From there a maintenance protocol is typically recommended. Maintenance is unique to each individual but is typically every 1-3 months.

Kambo is not something you are going to want to sit with if you do not need to. It is not a recreational, psychedelic, or addictive drug. How often one sits with Kambo is something that should be planned out with their practitioner.
